No guaranteed loads or earnings
Registration does not guarantee daily loads, a minimum number of enquiries, fixed earnings, exclusivity or automatic assignment.
Accuracy and document handling
Applicants must provide accurate details. Sensitive documents are requested only after initial verification through an approved secure process.
Operating responsibilities
Final terms should define permits, insurance, vehicle fitness, driver compliance, load acceptance, communication, proof of delivery, cancellation, waiting and incident reporting.
Suspension or removal
RNA Services may suspend or remove a vehicle partner for inaccurate information, safety concerns, legal non-compliance, repeated service failure or misuse of customer information.
