Enquiry and availability
Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking. Vehicle type, availability, route, permits, pricing, pickup timing and dispatch details are confirmed separately by RNA Services.
Vehicle selection
Vehicles can be arranged for loads of different sizes and capacities, subject to load requirements, route, permits and current availability.
Interstate transportation is available, with vehicles generally arranged starting from the 407 category according to load, route, permit and availability.
Consignment condition and transit risk
The condition of the consignment is visually checked at pickup and handled with appropriate care during transportation. Suitable vehicle and transit-risk arrangements are confirmed according to the nature and value of the goods. Any applicable insurance coverage and liability terms will be confirmed before dispatch.
Customer information
The customer is responsible for accurately disclosing the load, weight, dimensions, handling needs, route, site access and any regulated or restricted characteristics before confirmation.
