Send a deletion request
Email nayeem@rnatransport.in from the email address associated with your enquiry. If the request concerns WhatsApp, include the phone number used for the conversation and the approximate date of contact. Do not email passwords, one-time codes, payment-card details or identity documents unless RNA Services specifically requests a safer verification method.
Identity verification
RNA Services may ask for limited information needed to confirm that the requester is entitled to control the record. A request can be paused when identity or authority cannot be verified.
What happens next
After verification, RNA Services will locate the applicable enquiry or communication records and delete or de-identify information that is no longer required. Records may be retained where necessary for an existing transport service, billing reconciliation, fraud prevention, dispute handling, audit integrity or a legal obligation. The response will explain when any record cannot yet be deleted.
Meta and device copies
Deleting RNA Services' operational copy does not automatically erase a message from WhatsApp, the sender's device, the recipient's device or Meta systems. Those copies are governed by the controls and policies of the relevant account or service.
