Information collected
RNA Services may collect the contact, route, load and vehicle details voluntarily submitted through website forms, together with limited security and audit information.
Purposes
Information is used to respond to transport enquiries, review vehicle-vendor applications, prevent abuse, maintain service records and meet legal or operational obligations.
WhatsApp communications
When a customer contacts RNA Services through WhatsApp, RNA Services may process the sender number, profile-name snapshot, message content, attachment metadata and delivery status needed to answer the enquiry, share requested business documents and maintain an operational communication record. Media files are not placed inside billing database documents.
Data minimisation
The first public form does not request Aadhaar details, bank information or identity documents. Applicants should not submit sensitive documents through general enquiry fields.
Sharing and retention
Service providers may process data only for approved hosting, security, communication and operational purposes. Records are kept only for as long as reasonably required for those purposes, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations.
